• After choosing one or more properties we start negotiations with the owners,
• Our legal advisor prepares the lease agreement and provides other necessary documents,
• After acceptance of the draft, parties sign the lease agreement,
• We organize the check-in,
• Both landlord and tenant sign the check-in minutes including all important details of the property and we take pictures of all items/furniture that was handed over with the property.
